A fabulous quiet place to stay in Ilfracombe High Street, on a ground floor... not lots of steps.
A beautiful basement, no sea views... but offers comfort, peace and quiet... no squawking seagull noise, or noisy revellers on their return home late at night... property offers a great nights sleep in a really comfortable bed.
Convenient En-suite toilet, shower and sink.
TV can be viewed from your bed... or from table and chairs in the room.
Hanging space, and draws.
Fully equipped kitchen area, somewhere to sit and eat, keeping dining smells out of your nighttime accommodation.
Keep fit items.
Board games to play if it's wet outside.
We offer to wash clothes if required in the machines available.
Another easy access toilet is available as you enter the property too.
A wonderful area as you arrive to house Kayak's, SUP's or two Bicycles. (we did have a couple with a Motorcycle too... for safe keeping!)
If you are ok with steps, as a bonus there is a lovely little patio you can sit on and watch the world go by with a morning cuppa or evening glass of wine.
(No BBQ's allowed)
If you are visiting on a Tuesday or Wednesday then contact the shop and see if you can join us for a chocolate workshop as all guests get a 10% discount on our classes for staying with us.
Dogs are welcome but MUST be booked in with Air BnB at time of booking so we can set up the room accordingly, you all want the best visit to our lovely town.
