We can advise which products are most suitable for various intolerance's, allergens or dietary types, however please note the information below.
Please be aware we work hard to avoid any cross contamination, many products are used in our kitchen so risk of cross contamination is possible.
NOTHING is sold as "Free From".
Chocolate may contain traces of SOYA, CELERY, CEREALS (GLUTEN/WHEAT), EGGS, SESAME SEED, NUTS, PEANUTS and MILK and SULPHITES (often found in dried fruit ie. Apricots, Raisins) etc
We use many ingredients and equipment, and whilst we do our best to manage allergens, we CANNOT GUARANTEE that any of our foods are allergen-free or suitable for those with allergies, due to the risk of cross-contamination.
Our vegan chocolate is made to a vegan recipes suitable for Organic, kosher, Halal, Village fair, Rain Forest Alliance Chocolate, Dairy Free and Gluten free.
Whilst on site the chocolates all have their own melting tanks, separate moulds for each of our specific chocolates, made on a different day to any other products.
Due to the fact we do handle/store contaminates on site, Food Hygiene regulations and Labelling regulations prevent us from saying we are Free From. We must all respect this.
