Have you ever wanted to be a Chocolatier?
Well .. this is a fabulous workshop, where you will learn about the history of the Bean to the smooth chocolate we have come to enjoy, whilst the Chocolatier demonstrates how the outer shells of chocolate are made, how to fill, and temper on a commercial scale, and then you will be able to be hands on with the chocolate.
Including how to craft delicious fillings, ready to pipe into the chocolate shells, how to cap off the chocolates, remove from the moulds, and finish the decoration of chocolates.
How we make bars, coat, and how we hand decorate and flavour bars.
This is an informative workshop, with plenty of time to discuss what you would like to know about chocolate making, if you already work with it at home.
A selection of chocolates will be taken home by you at the end of the day.
This is a full day, and due to the nature of the property we will need to be moving up and down stairs, on our feet most of the day, so a fair level of physical fitness is needed.
We will provide you with hairnets, and kitchen coveralls for the day.
Cost of this session is £225.00 pp … only one or two people maximum per workshop.

(Day starts at 9am until 5pm and includes stopping for a light lunch which is included in the price)
Booking for 2025 now being taken ONLY on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Soft drinks, tea and coffee available throughout the day, and a light lunch will be served.
Plenty of tasting/flavouring, so please make us aware ... in advanced at time of booking of any Dietary Requirements, and then these can be accommodated.
(Sadly, we cannot state NUT free as they are handled on site).
