This workshop session includes a talk on Chocolate, from history of the Bean to the smooth chocolate we have come to enjoy, whilst the Chocolatier demonstrates how the outer shells of the individual chocolates are hand-craft, show you how to make delicious fillings, ready to pipe into the chocolate shells, how to cap off the chocolates, remove from the moulds, and finish the decoration of your chocolates.
Your challenge will be creating flavours, learn to pipe, have fun hand-dipping, tempering the chocolate you use and adding the finishing decoration to your personalised box of chocolates, packaging and finishing with ribbon tying.
Whilst getting creative and there will be plenty of tasting to further your understanding and knowledge of Chocolate.
This is an informative workshop, ideal for groups of friends or work colleagues.
Be creative, learn a new skill and everyone will take home a delicious box of hand-made Chocolates to show to friends, family and work colleagues… (whether you chose to share them when you get home is optional!)
Cost of this session is £49.50 pp … minimum to run course 4 people, maximum 10 people.
