A smooth rich handmade Dark chocolate outer filled with Cherry centre.
That under describes these as the Cherries are in fact heavenly, they are called Griottines, made using a very special type of Morello Cherry, the Oblachinska cherry found only in the Balkans.
To conserve the flavour and physical characteristics of the fruit, the that have been soaked (Maceration) in Kirsch within 6 hours of picking. After sorting they then go through further macerations based on various alcohols and secret recipes to create a stunningly tasty cherry, which we then dice up finely and fleck though the fondant. We then have a super cherry flavouring we add to this.

Cherry flavouring: Cherries 40%, Saccharose (Sucrose), Water, Thickners (modified CORNSTARCH, E1422, pectins E440, Xanthan Gum E331, Natural Cherry falvouring, Elderberry Juice, Acids (citric Acid E330), Sodium Citrates, Flavouring (CONTAINS MILK), Colour (Carmoisine E1220, Preservative (potassium Sorbate E202).
